Things won’t fall apart if you take a moment to pause from all the craziness. Take a leave from work or stop worrying about money. Make sure that you take the time to recharge. In fact, you need it more than you think. It’s not against the law to ask for a break. We live in a world that highlights 80-hour work weeks and months straight of no leaves or days off.
